Founder & Operations Manager
Julion Bell
“I believe rental property should be managed like an investment, not just a lease and a rent check.”
Why I Founded Parkside
I started Parkside because I saw a gap in the way rental properties were being managed.
Too often, property management felt reactive. Owners received a statement each month, but they didn’t always know what was happening at the property, why certain decisions were being made, or whether anyone was truly looking at the long-term health of the asset.
I wanted to build something different.
Parkside was created around the idea that good property management requires more than collecting rent and coordinating repairs. It requires oversight, judgment, communication, and an understanding of how today’s decisions affect the property tomorrow.
I’m an Owner Too
I began investing in rental real estate in 2015, and I still own rental property myself. That experience shapes how I operate Parkside.
My background includes real estate investment, property management, residential construction, maintenance, and development. I’m also a Florida real estate broker and licensed building contractor, which gives me a different perspective when evaluating property condition, repairs, and long-term capital decisions.
I understand what it feels like to approve a repair, question whether something really needs to be replaced, evaluate a tenant, deal with a vacancy, or decide how much money should be put back into a property.
I operate rentals the way I’d want mine operated, because I own them too.
That owner’s perspective is built into the way Parkside approaches management.

How I Think About Property Management
Treat the property like an asset.
Every decision should consider more than what fixes the immediate problem. We look at cost, condition, risk, and how the decision affects the long-term performance of the property.
Small problems are cheaper when you catch them early.
Preventative maintenance and property inspections are not just extra services. They are part of protecting the investment and reducing avoidable repairs.
Owners shouldn’t have to chase their property manager for information.
If something important is happening at the property, the owner should understand what happened, what the options are, and what we recommend.
Good management is about making good decisions consistently.
There isn’t always one perfect answer. Our job is to gather the information, understand the property, and make practical recommendations that make sense for the owner.
Let’s Talk About Your Rental
